Glowing Feedback Received Following the KCA Wellbeing Training Session
“It was excellent training and Rachel was fab as ever!”
Our Wellbeing Team Building workshop was recently delivered by KCA Operations Director Rachel Hough, who leads our Learning and Development services.
The afternoon training session was well received by the attendees, with many taking the time to pass on their feedback about Rachel as a presenter, and the quality of the course material.
One delegate reported “Rachel delivered the session with great skill and compassion. Excellent questioning skills really made the whole team feel comfortable to discuss key points with others. I really enjoy the courses and find Rachel very approachable and helpful. I’d love to continue with other areas to support us professionally and personally”
Another said “As usual the training from Rachel was fabulous. She has such a lovely manner and a wonderful presenting style. The balance in the session between activities, discussion and information giving was perfect! The KCA training courses have all been designed to be interactive for attendees with a mix of activities, and as a trained facilitator, coach and behavioural profiler, Rachel enjoys creating environments where all delegates feel comfortable to take an active part.
An attendee focussed on the subject content and commented “It was a great session. Having just left a toxic environment it was lovely to join a team that put mental health and wellbeing as a priority.
This last sentiment is sadly one we have heard many times and is not unique to the previous employer of one of the delegates. Wellbeing, as a term, has really come into its own during the pandemic, however for many employers it’s not difficult to make the link between creating a supportive environment with a focus on the happiness and wellness of their people, and the benefits of engagement, retention and reputation. Therefore, investing in your people by actively identifying what you can implement to improve or maintain the working environment is valuable for any employer.
