Recruiting for a newly created role
Park Group approached Kirsty Craig Associates to recruit two candidates. These were newly created roles within the Legal and Audit/Risk teams within the business.
The search not only involved sourcing candidates with specialist legal and audit expertise, they also required candidates who were willing to try new things and take on projects and tasks beyond their initial remit in order to grow and support the business.

Building a new client relationship
Kirsty Craig spent significant time getting to know the culture of the business, as well as the manager the candidates would be reporting to.
Kirsty personally interviewed each candidate to ensure they had the right mix of professional experience and personality fit for the organisation, before refining a shortlist of candidates.

Attracting the right person for the role
As both roles were new, Kirsty Craig helped to create the right job spec following discussions with Russell.
